All materials appearing on this site, including the text, design, logos, graphics and images are the sole property of Sasmooty’s Denim. You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  You will see the shipping charge before checkout when ordering online.  If you would like your order expedited then extra charges will apply.  Weekend and holidays, your order will be shipped the next business day.

Returns are accepted with our authorization only. Customer is responsible for all returns except for if we made an error.  When you are returning, please contact us at 404-594-2534 or e-mail us at info@sasmootysdenim.com containing the following:  the item number, style number and the reason for your return within 7 days of receiving merchandise.

All clearance items are final sale.  Customer is responsible for all returned shipping fees (including damaged goods).

Refunds/Store Credit

Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your account as soon as we get the returns from you.  If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
